Easy Spring Updates

Easy Spring Updates

We are thrilled that it is finally Spring! It feels like we had a long winter and how are craving to open the windows and let the sunshine in. As we enter a new season, we wanted to share some of our best tips for how to refresh your home for Spring.

Refresh with a Rug. Bring in a new runner for the kitchen, entry, or mudroom. Not only will it add a fresh feel, the texture and pattern of the rug gives dimension, creating a space expanding trick for small areas. Our two favorites, the Chess and Finn Rug are perfect for everyone. Customize the Chess to exactly what color and size fits your space by meeting with our designers here.

New Collection. Take everything out of the space, clean it all up, and then start fresh. Jess loves to shop her own house, taking accessories from one room, furniture from another, and switching it up throughout her house. Cori suggests displaying a new collection or something you love in a new way, for a refreshing touch. Putting everything back in new ways will completely change the space.

Display New Artwork. Another space refreshing trick is to add new art. Wether you change the art on the walls or or refresh the photos in a frame, that change will is an easy update to your home. One of Jess’s favorite things is to change the first thing you see when you walk in a room, which is usually art. When you make that change, it will refresh how you see the space. Use our Lucite Art Stand to display in a new way or our Crystal Frames for your treasured memories.

These three easy tricks can help you create something new this Spring! For more tips, This listen in to Dear Alice as Jess, Suz, and Cori discuss 8 Ways to Refresh for Spring. You can listen to it here or watch it on YouTube here. If you want to completely change your home this season, schedule an appointment with our designers here.
